It comes up often, because most people believe that the only way to get their  protein is through meat, milks, or eggs.

Here’s the good news: plant-based foods are packed with protein, and recent studies have shown that plant-based proteins are actually better for us than animal alternatives. But there’s more. The average American adult consumes about 66% more protein per day than is needed. Pretty crazy, right?
