Want to start the new year on a healthier note?
We hear you! That’s why we’re challenging bloggers to do OMD for 10 days — that means 10 days of eating plant-based for at least one meal a day. They’ll document their journey, offer some tips, and even better, motivate all of us to join in!
So let’s do this, together. Sign up below to join our OMD New Year Challenge. We’ll be with you every step of the way, and we’ll arm you with all the resources you need for the 10 days and beyond.

The Crunchy Mommy.com
Aaronica Cole is the mom behind the award-winning site The Crunchy Mommy.com — the practical green guide for on-the-go moms. She’s been a blogger for just about 10 years now and decided to become a full time blogger after having her second baby. The most popular question that she’s asked about her blog is, “Why ‘The Crunchy Mommy’?”
This was actually a nickname given to her by fellow mom and long time friend after consistently offering more natural solutions that worked to mom friends in a moms group. Thinking that more moms could benefit from this information, as well as lessons learned from many, many failures at mom-ing, she started The Crunchy Mommy.
