I’m pretty much obsessed with igniting a love of plant-based eating and making it accessible for everyone. I think the easiest way to begin eating plant-based is by starting with One Meal a Day. Swapping out one meat and dairy-heavy meal with a delicious, plant-based one that nourishes our beautiful bodies and beautiful planet at the same time. That’s why I call eating plant-based the simple, elegant solution.
OMD is my life’s mission, and I want to thank you for changing the world with us. The oceans and forests thank you. The crisp clean air, rivers, plants and animals thank you.
